Proprietors since 1978, when Dana hired Renee as a sewer manufactures with first company, Kletterwerks, Dana Gleason and Renne Sippel-Baker have worked together. By building packs at Kletterwerks and then developing specialised carrying systems for cameras and other electronics equipment with Mojo/Quest Systems, their business association grew.
